an adequate stay
family room easy access hot water bar noise
the breakfast service was quite efficient i found it was served promptly each morning. the family room was a good size it accommodated us well. the location suited our needs as it allowed easy access to both the town and the beach.
the plumbing did present some issues the hot water took a while to come through. the noise from nearby bars was noticeable it did continue late into the night.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly check-in quiet room fresh breakfast
I appreciated the easy, friendly check-in process. The quiet room was located at the top of the house. Breakfast was good in the morning. It offered a fresh, cooked option.
The plumbing meant hot water did not run for several minutes. It only became lukewarm.

dated room cheap sausages
The staff were friendly enough.
The room felt dated, like it needed some SERIOUS updating. The shower was the WORST. It barely trickled water. Breakfast sausages were just awful, tasted cheap and nasty.

awesome stay!
fantastic detail fresh water shower gel
the receptionist was really nice! she showed us to our triple room. it included shower gel, hand wash and tons of tea, coffee, sugar plus milk. fresh drinking water was provided, a fantastic detail!

adequate stay with some issues
peeling wallpaper inconsistent shower
the staff was helpful , directing me to nearby attractions.
The room felt quite dated. The wallpaper was peeling in places. additionally, the shower pressure was inconsistent. It fluctuated between a trickle and a sudden burst. breakfast was underwhelming. The sausages tasted like cardboard.

charming stay near everything
fresh breakfast friendly staff
my Double Room was quite clean and fresh. i found the freshly cooked breakfasts hearty, and lashings of buttery toast was provided. friendly staff was readily available to assist with any request.
The shower was dreadful. It only provided a thin, hard hose. the hot water took several minutes to run, delivering only lukewarm water after a wait. this made showers a little disappointing.

the hotel has perfect placement near the town center. a short walk easily takes you to many local buses, enabling travel throughout the region. the seafront is also conveniently close, approximately five minutes by foot.

Onsite parking is free and available. this hotel provided practical amenities, including daily room service. the delicious english breakfast is served in a lovely breakfast room. It sets up the day nicely.

noisy street limited breakfast
The room felt a bit small and stuffy. The window overlooked a noisy street, so it was hard to get a quiet night's sleep. I also found the breakfast options limited. It mainly included hot items and lacked fresh fruit or yogurt (I really missed having some fresh choices).
